Which cities do you deliver to?

Same-day in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. Next-day before noon in Puebla, Querétaro, Mérida, Cancún, León, Tijuana and Toluca. If you're outside these, drop us a note — we're adding two new cities every quarter.

Can I skip a week or cancel?

Skip any week before Sunday 6pm with one tap in your account. Cancel anytime — no phone calls, no retention forms, no penalty. We re-earn you the next time you come back.

What if a fruit arrives damaged?

Tell us within 24 hours and we credit your next box. For the Deluxe 2 we replace the whole box if anything inside isn't perfect. This isn't a return — the fruit doesn't travel back to us.

Do you have an office / corporate plan?

Yes. Two Classic boxes cover a 10–15 person office comfortably. We invoice monthly in MXN, can add your logo to the recipe card, and rotate the exotic slot on request. Email oficinas@fruitparty.mx.

Is it really organic?

Honest answer: most of our growers are low-pesticide but not all are certified organic — Mexico's organic certification is expensive and small farms skip it. We publish the grower for every fruit in the box. If you want 100% certified organic, pick the Deluxe 2 — Organic option at checkout (+$120 MXN).
